Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to one-time digital PDF purchases of HMG County Market Reports sold by ExtraSphere Media LLC.

1. Nature of the product

Reports are digital goods delivered by download (and email when configured). Because the product can be copied immediately after delivery, all sales are generally final once the download link is issued or the file is accessed.

2. When we will refund

We will provide a full refund if:

• You were charged but did not receive a working download after reasonable support attempts
• You were charged twice for the same order due to a processing error
• We cancel an order before delivery
• The delivered file is materially corrupted and we cannot provide a replacement within a reasonable time

3. When refunds are not available

• Change of mind after successful delivery
• Disagreement with public CMS/HRSA data values or methodology (see free previews and samples before buying)
• Purchase of the wrong county when the correct product was clearly labeled
• Informational-only markets where checkout was unavailable (no charge should occur)

4. How to request help

Email legal@extraspheremedia.com within 14 days of purchase with: order email, approximate purchase time, county/report name, and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can resolve delivery issues. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in refusal of future service.

6. Free content

Free previews and redacted sample PDFs are provided without charge and are not subject to refund.

7. Changes

We may update this policy; the effective date at the top of the page will be revised when material changes are posted.
