What are the prices?
HPSA briefs $249; Home Health and Hospice $99; Skilled Nursing $129. All are one-time digital downloads per county—no subscription required. The price shown on the county page and at checkout is controlling.
What do I get in a full report?
A downloadable PDF with headline metrics, distributions or designation details, ownership or discipline mix where applicable, material change events when a prior vintage exists, a full facility or designation table, methodology, sources, and disclaimers.
When is a county sellable?
Home Health: at least 3 Medicare-certified agencies reporting service to the county. Hospice: at least 2 facilities located in the county. Skilled Nursing: at least 3 facilities located in the county. HPSA: at least 1 active HRSA designation attributed to the county. Otherwise the page is informational only and checkout is unavailable.
Is this medical advice?
No. It is business and market information compiled from public datasets. It is not medical, legal, or investment advice.
Do you use patient data?
No. Never. We do not sell patient-level data or PHI.
Do you rank agencies?
No proprietary HMG rankings. Star ratings and scores shown are public CMS or HRSA measures when reported. Missing ratings are never treated as zeros. Table order is not a rank.
Where does the data come from?
Primarily public CMS Provider Data Catalog files (home health, hospice, nursing homes), HRSA Health Professional Shortage Areas, Census ACS demographics, and ZIP-to-county mapping (HUD-style). See Data sources for official links.
Are you affiliated with CMS or HRSA?
No. ExtraSphere Media LLC and HMG are not affiliated with or endorsed by CMS, HRSA, HHS, HUD, or the Census Bureau.
